Election Laws - As enacted, requires a qualified voter to request an absentee ballot not later than 10 days before an election rather than not later than seven days before an election; requires a voter seeking to be placed on the permanent absentee voting register to file a physician's statement and application for ballot not later than 10 days before an election rather than not later than seven days before an election. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 6.
