Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the penalties for threatening to commit an act of mass violence on school property and failing to report a threat to commit an act of mass violence on school property; requires, rather than permits, a court to order a defendant charged with threatening to commit an act of mass violence to undergo a mental health evaluation as a condition of pretrial release. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 39 and Title 40.
