Human Services, Dept. of - As enacted, implements penalties for certain offenses for beneficiaries of the temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) program and food stamp program; removes an exemption from the TANF work requirement; removes the requirement that the TANF maximum payment standard must not increase when a caregiver relative becomes pregnant while receiving assistance. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1 and Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 3.
