Motor Vehicles - As enacted, authorizes, to the extent required by federal law, a vehicle operated by an engine fueled by natural gas or powered primarily by means of electric battery power to exceed vehicle weight limits, up to a maximum gross vehicle weight of 82,000 pounds, under criteria similar to the exception provided for vehicles operated by an engine fueled primarily by natural gas. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 7.
