Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the penalty for the criminal offense of bribery from a Class B felony to a Class A felony; requires the Tennessee bureau of investigation to investigate allegations of bribery when two or more reports have been received and to submit a report to the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives within 180 days. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 39, Chapter 16.
