Children's Services, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department to maintain staffing levels of case managers so that each region has enough case managers to allow caseloads not to exceed 20 active cases by January 1, 2024, and 12 active cases by July 1, 2024. - Amends TCA Title 37.
