Public Funds and Financing - As introduced, clarifies that the notification from the commissioner of finance and administration to the chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and the house of representatives when it is determined that it is likely that amounts in the revenue fluctuation reserve will be required to be utilized to meet a shortfall of state tax revenue may be provided electronically. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 39 and Title 49.
