Employees, Employers - As introduced, specifies that an employee can satisfy an employer's COVID-19 vaccination mandate by providing documentation of a complete immunization to COVID-19 or alternative documentation showing the presence of antibodies or proof of a past COVID-19 infection; establishes a cause of action against an employer that takes adverse action against an employee attempting to provide such documentation. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 1.
