Public Health - As introduced, authorizes county mayor to designate a person for purposes of attending a county board of health meeting; during a declared state or local state of emergency, prohibits local health official enforcing a state or local public health order or directive against a business from bringing a law enforcement officer to the business unless the local health official articulates to the officer's employing law enforcement agency that the official will be under an imminent threat of bodily harm or death while enforcing the order or that the officer is needed to make an arrest; authorizes a business owner to file a complaint for violations regarding accompanying law enforcement officers. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 58 and Title 68.
