Human Rights - As introduced, states that an individual may claim an exemption from a COVID-19 vaccination requirement based on acquired immunity through post-transmission recovery, a medical condition, or reasons of conscience; permits an employee whose employer does not accept such exemptions to file a complaint for a discriminatory employment practice. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49; Title 50; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
