Health Care - As introduced, prohibits a healthcare practitioner from providing an unemancipated minor patient with an immunization, vaccination, or injection for the SARS-CoV-2 virus or a variant of the SARS-CoV-2 virus without the consent of the minor's legal guardian; violations will be subject to professional discipline by licensing boards. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39; Title 63 and Title 68.
