Taxes, Exemption and Credits - As introduced, exempts, between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022, the retail sale of tangible personal property made by a small business when the sale is on a Monday; defines "small business" as a business with annual gross receipts that do not exceed $4 million. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6, Part 3.
