Energy - As introduced, authorizes no more than one commercial or industrial customer or group of customers to enter into a lease under which the customer or group of customers pays for the use of a solar energy system, or enter into a power purchase agreement (PPA) under which the customer or group of customers pays a specific rate for the electricity that is generated each month from a solar energy system. - Amends TCA Section 9-21-106 and Title 66.
