State Government - As introduced, authorizes members of the general assembly to nominate to the governor two persons each year, instead of only one, for the Tennessee Tri-Star General Award; requires a county attorney to consult with and advise elected officials, their deputies, and their employees as to the proper application and enforcement of federal and state laws that are pertinent to carrying out the duties of such county officials' respective offices; shortens time period a county has to post revisions to its charter of incorporation on the website from three months to two months. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5 and Title 6.
