Law Enforcement - As introduced, prohibits a state or local law enforcement agency or law enforcement officer from obtaining, retaining, accessing, or using any face recognition system or any information obtained from a face recognition system; creates a private right of action that may be brought by a person who has been unlawfully subjected to face recognition technology or about whom information has been unlawfully obtained, retained, accessed, or used. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
