Parks, Natural Areas Preservation - As introduced, reduces from 100 percent to 70 percent the amount of permanent service-connected disability that a veteran who is a Tennessee resident must have in order to qualify for the 50 percent or greater year-round discount on camping and overnight cabin lodging fees at state parks. - Amends TCA Title 11, Chapter 3.
