Election Laws - As introduced, authorizes the county election commission of Montgomery County to research and test methods, systems, and technologies that would allow members and employees of the United States armed forces and their dependents who are registered to vote in the county but are stationed outside the territorial limits of the United States to vote by means other than, or in addition to, mail. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 6.
