Budget Procedures - As introduced, deletes the statutory requirement that the governor submit the budget bills for introduction in both houses of the general assembly no later than 14 days after the budget document is transmitted or by the general bill cut-off date in the respective houses, whichever is later. - Amends TCA Title 9, Chapter 4.
