Taxes, Business - As introduced, expands the business tax exemption for persons engaged in the manufacture of goods from a location or outlet subject to ad valorem taxation, to also include sales by the person of such manufactured goods from a storage or warehouse facility subject to ad valorem taxation situated within a 10-mile radius of the location or outlet from which such goods were manufactured. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 7.
