Fiscal Review Committee - As introduced, clarifies that representatives of executive departments and other witnesses affected by a resolution, in addition to a bill, may be invited to present testimony to the fiscal review committee during the fiscal review committee staff's annual presentation of its review of the cumulative fiscal note. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 2, Part 1; Title 3, Chapter 7; Title 4 and Title 9, Chapter 4.
