Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, adds life insurance and long-term care insurance to the types of insurance for which an insurance provider is prohibited from denying coverage or varying the premiums, terms, or conditions of coverage on the basis of an individual’s genetic information. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7.
