Highways, Roads and Bridges - As introduced, provides a business tax deduction for a private developer that uses only permeable concrete in industrial and commercial areas for parking lots; deduction is 3 percent on the amount of business taxes paid by the developer during each business tax period; makes other revisions related to the use of permeable pavement and materials. - Amends TCA Title 9; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 67.
