Anatomical Gifts - As introduced, requires a procurement organization or hospital contacting an individual following the death of the decedent for purposes of allowing the individual to make an anatomical gift to explain to the individual that the individual can designate the decedent's whole body or a part, and the process of making an anatomical gift and the condition the decedent's body will be in after the completion of the process. - Amends TCA Title 68.
