Taxes - As introduced, clarifies, for purposes of sellers of beer, tobacco products, food, candy, or nonalcoholic beverages who elect to file certain information reports with the department of revenue on a monthly basis, that the information reports are due no later than the twenty-fifth day of each month. - Amends TCA Title 67.
