Animal Control - As introduced, exempts a certified animal control agency administering vaccinations and microchip implants by or under the responsible supervision of a licensed veterinarian as a part of a community outreach program from premises permit requirements for premises where a licensed veterinarian practices or where the practice of veterinary medicine occurs. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 12, Part 1.
