Motor Vehicles - As introduced, increases, from 30 to 60, the number of days used in calculating the penalty for delinquency in forwarding to the department of revenue of any remittance, report, application, document, form, or paperwork required by a contracting entity that maintains a fleet of 200 vehicles or more that is contracted to provide services normally performed by the department. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67.
