Bail, Bail Bonds - As introduced, prohibits the application of a bail deposit made by or on behalf of a defendant to the payment of a judgment for fine, court costs, or restitution entered in the prosecution of a cause; excepts bail forfeitures. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
