Traffic Safety - As introduced, requires commissioner of safety to design and make available to persons with autism spectrum disorder a blue envelope containing written information and guidance on ways to enhance effective communication between a law enforcement officer and a person with such disorder, and the person's driver license, registration, and insurance card. - Amends TCA Title 55.
