Probation and Parole - As introduced, reduces the period, from 30 to 20 days after a parole decision has been finalized, within which the board of parole must send notice of the decision to the trial judge, district attorney general, sheriff, and victim. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
