Public Funds and Financing - As introduced, authorizes a person wrongfully imprisoned and exonerated who is awarded compensation for such imprisonment by the board of claims to designate a person or entity as a designated beneficiary of the remaining portion of the compensation upon the claimant's death. - Amends TCA Title 9, Chapter 8; Title 29 and Title 41.
