Privacy, Confidentiality - As introduced, entitles a parent or legal guardian to access the medical records of a child legally within the legal guardian or parent's care; requires that a child must provide voluntary, written consent for the legal guardian or parent to access medical records once the child reaches 18 years of age. - Amends TCA Section 36-6-103; Title 63 and Title 68.
