Statutes of Limitations and Repose - As introduced, clarifies that a cause of action brought by a person injured by criminal conduct that is a traffic offense that is classified as a Class B or C misdemeanor or a violation of a municipal ordinance must be commenced within one year of the cause of action, not within two years as authorized for causes of action based on other criminal conduct. - Amends TCA Title 28, Chapter 3; Title 55, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 9.
