Criminal Offenses - As introduced, justifies, under certain circumstances, the use of deadly force against another to prevent or terminate the other from committing or attempting to commit certain property offenses; clarifies that the display or brandishing of a weapon does not constitute deadly force. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 11, Part 6.
