Sexual Offenders - As introduced, prohibits violent juvenile sexual offenders from residing or conducting an overnight visit with a minor once the offender reaches 21 years of age if the offender's victim was under 13 years of age or if the offender committed offenses against two or more victims before reaching 18 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
