Alcoholic Beverages - As enacted, requires persons applying for a manufacturer or distiller license to provide the alcoholic beverage commission with names and percentage of ownership of a person or entity having more than a 10 percent interest in the manufacturer or distiller. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 2 and Title 57, Chapter 3.
