Local Education Agencies - As introduced, reduces from four years to two years the term for which a person serves as a member of an LEA's local board of education; disqualifies a person from serving as a member of an LEA's local board of education if that person is a relative of a member who is currently serving a term of office on the local board of education; specifies that the reduced term limit and restrictions apply only to a member elected to a term after January 1, 2022. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
