Forfeiture of Assets - As introduced, requires the department of safety to provide the annual report on civil asset forfeiture to the members of the judiciary committee of the senate and the civil justice and criminal justice committees of the house of representatives, rather than the chairs of the committees. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
