Civil Emergencies - As introduced, requires that verbal requests seeking mutual aid or assistance with an emergency that are submitted by a governmental entity to another governmental entity be confirmed in writing to the responding governmental entity within 20 days, rather than 30 days, after the initial verbal request. - Amends TCA Title 58.
