Consumer Protection - As introduced, requires an entity that offers the option to purchase a lifetime membership to send a minimum of three written late notices to the member for failure to pay a renewal fee before the lifetime membership may be canceled; specifies that failure of an entity to send such notices to the member before canceling the lifetime membership is an unfair or deceptive trade practice. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18.
