Surplus Property - As introduced, prohibits employees of the Tennessee wildlife resources agency from purchasing surplus property from the agency; restricts employees' immediate family members and other persons who attempt to purchase such property on the employees' behalf; increases notice requirement for the sale of such surplus property prior to disposal. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 2; Title 39 and Title 70.
