Mental Illness - As introduced, requires a healthcare provider to enter a threat or attempt at suicide or infliction of bodily harm into the patient's medical record within 12 hours of learning of the threat or attempt. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 33; Title 39; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
