Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, extends from two weeks to 30 days the period of time a pharmacist or pharmacy must be provided written notice prior to a covered entity, pharmacy benefits manager, the state or a political subdivision of the state, or a party representing such entity begins an initial on-site audit for an audit cycle. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.
