Employees, Employers - As introduced, requires an employer with a policy requiring employees to receive a medical procedure to provide an exemption and reasonable accommodations to each employee who refuses to receive the medical procedure based on the employee's religious beliefs; defines "medical procedure" as any drug, device, or product for which use is authorized by an emergency use authorization by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and includes the COVID-19 vaccine. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 14 and Title 50.
