Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, for purposes of computing the number of years of creditable service in the Tennessee consolidated retirement system, requires that a member who is employed as a law enforcement officer receive an additional, automatic credit of one year of service for every four years of creditable service the member has earned. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35 and Title 8, Chapter 36.
