Pharmacy, Pharmacists - As enacted, requires the board of pharmacy to promulgate rules necessary to ensure that an individual who is blind, visually impaired, or otherwise print disabled has appropriate access to prescription labels, bag tags, and medical guides. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 53 and Title 63.
