Probation and Parole - As introduced, deletes the authority for the board of parole to determine when an inmate will begin service of the inmate's consecutive sentence, including allowing the inmate to begin custodial parole on any date on or after the custodial parole eligibility date. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 20, Part 1.
