Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, extends the statutory provision regulating reimbursements for healthcare services provided during a telehealth encounter beyond April 1, 2022; tolls, for the duration of any state of emergency, the 16-month period that a provider can offer telemedicine services to the patient without having an in-person encounter. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Section 63-1-155.
