Historical Commission - As introduced, requires grants of waivers by the Tennessee historical commission for the movement or alteration of a memorial to be approved by joint resolution of the general assembly; creates a Class C misdemeanor if a person causes damage to certain privately owned memorials; makes other revisions to the Tennessee Heritage Protection Act. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 1.
