Law Enforcement - As introduced, requires law enforcement agencies to report findings of excessive use of force by a law enforcement officer to the district attorney general, to be reviewed for possible criminal prosecution; requires the district attorney general to review 10 percent of all allegations of excessive force in each previous calendar year. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
