Correctional Programs - As introduced, makes eligible for parole an inmate who is 60 years of age or older or is terminally ill; requires the Tennessee corrections institute to provide members of the general assembly the results of inspections of local jails, lock-ups, workhouses, and detention facilities within five days of the completion of inspection results. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 40 and Title 41.
